Having graduated from the University of York with an honours degree in Politics, Richard commenced his recruitment career working for a London based niche consultancy working across the Property, FM, Security and IT sectors.

In 2005 Richard joined Imprint Search & Selection as a consultant within the London based Technology Practice focusing on executive level mandates across a breadth of sectors including Telecoms, Media, Technology, Property, Energy, Professional Services and Transportation. Clients included FTSE 100 organisations through to VC backed start-ups.

Following the acquisition of Ingram by Imprint Plc Richard transferred to Dubai in May 2007, thus utilising his experience in the rapidly expanding Middle East market. He is currently responsible for WoodHamill Ingram’s Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT) Practice and the Transportation Practice. Assignments within both practices span the Middle East and Africa and cover the full spectrum of executive functions.
