Renee graduated with an MBA from Ohio University majoring in Finance and Marketing and a degree in Human Resources and Business Management. She has over four years of experience within Executive Search, Recruitment and Human Resources roles across the Gulf Region.

Renee started her career in 2003 as an HR Officer with an established trading company based in Dubai U.A.E. She then decided to embark on a more focused role in executive search within an industry vertical and took up a research based position with an IT recruitment firm before moving to a General Management search firm.

Renee joined WoodHamill Ingram in 2007 as a Research Consultant and is currently focusing on Senior Mandates in Commerce and Industry across the Middle East. She has regional Director and Board Level research experience across various industries such as Property Development, Marketing, Advertising, Media, IT, Telecoms and FMCG.
