Brought up in Bahrain and having worked and traveled extensively in the region Helga possesses an excellent understanding of the multitude of cultures in the region and their interactions.

She graduated with a Bachelor in Business Management and is currently pursuing an SHRM certification in Human Resources.

Helga started her career as a member of the Cabin Crew for Gulf Air traveling throughout the Middle East. After over 2 years in the air, she decided to rest her wings and lead life at a more conventional pace on ground.

It was then that she realized her passion for human relations and aspired for a career in Human Resources. She moved to Dubai in 2006 as a Business Development Manager for an online recruitment agency. There she worked for over a year and was responsible for recruitment, business generation and marketing with major local and multinational clients across the Middle East.

Having enjoyed the recruitment element of her role, she decided to hone her skills in executive search and joined WoodHamill Ingram in 2007 and currently assumes the role of a Researcher within the Commerce and Industry team.
