Rachael Wood and Brian Hamill founded WoodHamill and Imprint Plc in April 2001 and floated on AIM less than two months later.

Driven by client demand the business now operates out of Dubai, Hong Kong, London, Singapore and Tokyo.

Having completed mandates across the globe, more than 50% of the total business is now executed outside of the UK.

 

In June 2006, Imprint Plc acquired Ingram Executive Search, which was established in 1994 as the first bespoke search consultancy operating in the Middle East.

WoodHamill Ingram was created to leverage the regional expertise built over the years with the global footprint of one of the industry's most exciting and dynamic executive search firms.
